The peace and quiet atmosphere. The courteous staff and hotel visitors. The location was exactly what I needed to complete my business around town effectively. The breakfast buffet was an added treat for my family.

This hotel and the staff and city of Columbia SC felt like home! We were greeted and cared for in a professional but kind and courteous manner. I pray that the young lady (I believe her name was Shonda) keeps with her studies at the University and that the rest of the staff are safe and Blessed. They were simply, wonderful!

I loved their attention to detail. When we booked I left a note saying it was our 1 yr wedding anniversary. Once checking in we noticed they provided a bottle of chilled champagne and glasses. LOVED IT!

Everything. Location is perfect. Kareem Miller and his staff were so courteous, polite and made us feel at home. They even said they were going to miss us. We were traveling with our 2 small dogs and Kareem personally said he would keep an ear out and take them for a walk if they seemed upset by being alone in the room. Our pups took warm welcome to all the staff. We knew we picked the right hotel to stay at and now I will only stay here when I come to visit my daughter.

Upon arrival no one was working at the front desk. There was alot of noise through the night that kept us awake. As well as too much light coming in from outside. Breakfast was not very good. Trash cans were full, no whole wheat bread for toast, coffee was not great. Overall not a good experience. We have stayed at other Hampton Inn and Suites that were much better.
